Dr. Shien Biau "S.B." Woo (吳仙標; born August 13, 1937) is an American professor and politician from Newark, in New Castle County, Delaware. He was a member of the Democratic Party and served as the 21st Lieutenant Governor of Delaware. He is also the founding president of the 80-20 National Asian American Political Action Committee (80-20 PAC), and the 80-20 Asian American Educational Foundation (80-20 EF).
