In this publication, we offer 1) “Would GM Get a Party Secretary, Chinese Style?” by Wendy Liu; 2) “Liu Qiu Islands (Ryukyu Islands) Is No Japanese Territory--It Should Resume Independence as a Buffer Zone” by Dr. Tieh-lin Yin; and 3) “Examine the Translocation of the Victorious and the Defeated Nations through the Issue of Taiwan Status” by Professor Ligong Yu.

In the Music Section, we wish you to enjoy Susan Boyle's beautiful voice.

In the Books & Writings Section, we introduce to you the Chinese version of China Dawn by Robert L. Dancan, translated by Wendy Liu.
