In 2009, Martin Jacques predicted China's rise would transform the global balance of power, a claim many dismissed as far-fetched at the time. Nearly two decades later, Pew's latest global survey shows China now viewed more favorably than the United States across most of the world. In this interview with Asieh Namdar, Jacques explains what's driving the shift.
